Delivery Charges:

• Free Delivery: For orders with a total value of ₹500 or more.

• Standard Delivery: A flat rate of ₹59 will be charged for all orders below ₹500.

3. Orders and Payments

Order Placement: Orders are placed via our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook) or WhatsApp. The website is for product viewing and brand information only.

Order Confirmation: An order is considered confirmed only after we have verified its availability and received payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our discretion.

Payment: We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, or other methods as agreed upon at the time of order placement.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Partner: We use India Post for all deliveries across India.

Delivery Timeline: Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days of confirmation. Delivery via India Post or any other partner may take an additional 5-10 business days depending on the destination. These are estimated timelines and not guaranteed.

Delivery Responsibility: Once the product has been dispatched to India Post, our responsibility ends. We are not liable for any delays or issues that may arise during transit, such as lost or damaged parcels. However, we will assist you in tracking your order to the best of our ability.

5. Returns and Refunds
