Returns & Refunds policy

Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Time Frame: Our return policy lasts for 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Items that have been worn or damaged by the customer.

    • Products purchased during a clearance or sale event are final and cannot be returned.

    • Custom or personalized items.

  • Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp at [Your WhatsApp Number] or direct message us on Instagram. Please provide your order number and a clear reason for the return.

    • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

    • You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Refunds:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or a bank transfer will be initiated within 7-10 business days.

  • Damaged or Defective Items:

    • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) with photos of the damaged product and its packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

  • Exchanges:

    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same product, please contact us.
